One thing we like from YouTube is its “Insights” page. What is YouTube Insight? From YouTube Help page, YouTube Insights is described as follow:

YouTube Insight is YouTube’s external facing analytics and reporting product that enables anyone with a YouTube account to view detailed statistics about the videos that they upload to the site. This first version charts video views on an interactive time line and map, allowing users to drill down into different geographic regions and see the viewing activity in those regions over selected time periods. It also allows users to compare the relative popularity of their videos in a given region to all other videos in that region.

Right, it’s about statistics. It’s about numbers. We’re happy with our videos viewership statistics on YouTube. Here are why:

• We don’t use any advertisement. We only use our personal channels to promote our videos.
• More views about Indonesia-related content. This is one of our main goals when we created this website (and videos). We want to share stories about Indonesia. Right now, our most viewed video is about Lenong Betawi. Great!

It’s not millions of views, but we’re happy with it. :)
