This is probably not popular food you can find in Indonesia. It’s called Toge Goreng (Fried bean sprout). But, it’s not really “fried”. When we saw it for the first time, we thought that the bean sprout was being fried. No.
Actually, it’s only boiled, no oil at all. Also, no meat. If you like meat, you might be sorry. The bean sprout is boiled on a pan, mixed with noodles and also oncom. Served with taco sauce.
